VR ASC Experience

 ‘parallel hallucinations’ is a virtual reality experience that focuses on the emulation of ‘altered states of consciousness’ (ASC).

this was achieved through research into the nature of hallucination & recreating ‘machine hallucinations’ via the usage of google’s neural network back-propagation method known as ‘deep dream’.

Parallel Hallucinations took part in a room which was identical to the virtual room that the viewer was placed in. This 3d environment progressively went through the process of hallucination as the textures of the the models went further into the deep dream image network.

This experience was used by 10 subjects through a subjective analysis test. a meta-analysis was done against psilocybin & placebo subject data doing the same test. the results showed a positive correlation in favour of the experience; more testing is due to be done in the near future to publicise the results.

‘cyb_exp’ was a vr Art installation that was exhibited at multiple exhibitions throughout 2017/18 period. This looped experience was placed alongside a physical installation environment, featuring objects within the virtual world displayed throughout the physical world as well.

Pineal Vibration software (PVS) is a VR wormhole experience for android. the experience features toroidal geometry as well as calabi-yau forms used within theoretical n-dimensional string theory.

the application was made available to android for the google play store in 2015.
